Hi there, I’m Ren

I’m an artist, poet, local hermit and friend of birds. My work reveres the natural mystery and shares dreams of total liberation.

My roots are in downriver of Detroit, Michigan, a world of wetlands and industry. I now reside in another rust-belt city: Indianapolis. Existing as queer centers my relationships to these resilient places and the other-than-humans often featured in my pieces, who have always provided me unconditional refuge.

I have a passion for self-publishing zines + artist books, as well as a growing obsession with risograph printing. While I focus mainly on my subscription based work, I am open to creating on commission when values align.
