September is wrapping me in crisp air from open windows, ragweed pollen and a full heart. I’m finally getting back into the flow of working in the studio after a wild few months… which has mainly consisted of cat crises and wrangling kittens, literally. Read on for studio updates!

MONUMENTAL CIRCLE

Liberation is a dream within reach through the compassionate actions of each of us. This poem was inspired by a conversation with a man who is able to tap into a reality that most cannot fathom. Forms of oppression will appear in cycles if we don’t heed the learnings of history.

Channeling sorrow, I began ‘Non-Human Neighbors’ zine as a project to highlight the JOY I feel in living with the individuals around me. My hope is to communicate that the beings we share space with are inherently worthy of consideration and respect. Thank you to all who support the project.
